Shipping Policy

Shipping & Fulfillment

Unless specifically noted, items from The Whisky Type Shop are made to order through print-on-demand partners. This allows us to produce thoughtfully, avoid excess inventory, and offer a wider range of styles.

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the item and production timeline.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship as far around the globe as our production and fulfillment partners allow.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Please note:

  • International delivery times vary by country

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may be assessed by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, production or shipping delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate if there’s an unexpected delay.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final

Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. We can't currently accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'd love to make it right.

Please contact us at hello@thewhiskytype.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved issues will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
